CubeRoot Energy have provided a smart system in every sense of the word. I initially discovered CubeRoot Energy when looking for installers for renewable energy solutions. They featured on renewable energy websites, had their own website and also featured in the MCS list of approved installers. I contacted several installers with an initial enquiry and yet CubeRoot Energy were one of only two who replied. Mark telephoned initially and there followed an in depth discussion of possible solutions and this detailed telephone call set the standard that followed. Thereafter there have been an exchange of emails and information, further telephone calls and the first site visit to fine tune the specific details of the installation. At every step the pros and cons of possible alternatives were discussed until we mutually decided to go for a SolarEdge complete solution. The quality of components and the efficiency and practicality of the system were paramount in these discussions. From the initial enquiry Mark and Bob have kept me up to date with details and dates and at every contact I have had the opportunity to check, clarify and confirm. The necessary cables to supply the location and futureproof the system were the first stage of the installation. The PV panels with optimisers, SolarEdge invertor and combined EV charger were then installed. The SolarEdge battery storage followed next. The SolarEdge hot water diverter will complete the system once the necessary adjustments are made to my existing boiler and a hot water tank installed, again by CubeRoot Energy. The knowledge, experience, skills and workmanship Mark and Bob have cannot be faulted and they are always at the end of a phone or an email away if there are follow up questions or queries. They have checked in since the installation to confirm everything is functioning and that I am satisfied with the system and themselves. The system has changed our use of electricity and monitoring the system is enabled in one app due to the complete SolarEdge solution. We are learning how to optimise our system and can set schedules and turn the EV charger on and off through the SolarEdge app, see the flow of energy through the panels, house, battery storage and grid and the diverter will be added to this monitoring app once that is installed. I would recommend CubeRoot to anyone.
